Job Description : Project EngineerBackground Required: Distillery Experience (Mechanical Engineer)Experience: 2-6 yearsSalary: 15k-70k Per Month Location: Mandideep (Madhya Pradesh )Requirements: Experience of Green filed/ Project management . Preffered experience; in setting up Distillery / Power PlantProject Management – Ethanol PlantKey ResponsibilitiesScope, and lead projects that are designed to maximize efficiencies and minimize downtime of plant operations.Write and coordinate procedures, present capital request justifications and create strategic plan initiatives.Assist or lead in the development of detailed project scopes based upon project objectives. Develop reasonable and cost-effective cost estimates, as well as develop appropriate project schedules.Negotiate and manage vendor relationships. Lead outside contractor relationships.Stay up to date on industry technology advancements to aid in identifying potential future capital projects.Serve as a resource to management, supervisors and maintenance staff.Assist in operational/troubleshooting issues.Seek out continuous improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to management. When appropriate, lead continuous improvement efforts.Minimum Qualifications & SkillsMechanical Degree in EngineeringA minimum of 2 years related industrial project managementAUTOCAD or similar computer drafting program experience requiredStrong budgeting and computer skillsDemonstrated ability to coordinating multiple competing prioritiesCoordinating different production teams, designing and developing engineering systems and quality assurance tests, and building prototypesMonitor all site safety and legal requirements.
