Job Description : Job Responsibilities : *Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects.Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones.Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any project-related queries or challenges.Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects.Analyze economics of project plans and provide actionable feedback relating to cost benefit and return-on-investment standards.The complete responsibility of assigned projects like coordination with client, time management, team management, budgeting and brainstorming on tricky code.Recruit and train exceptional employees to fulfil posted positions within the technical department.Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news**Required Skills :Managerial : Team building, Team Coordination, Task Management, Resource Management & Coordination with Senior management.**Technical :Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practicesExperience seeing projects through the full life cycleExcellent analytical skillsStrong understanding of SDLC/STLCExperience in Agile methodology and sprint planningMust have experience with MEARN, CMS, Laravel projects handlingQualifications :Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Applications is MustExperience :3 – 5 Years of experience as Project ManagerLocation : Mohali*Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceLeave encashmentProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftFlexible shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 3 years (Required)
