Replicon is seeking a highly motivated, result-driven Proposal Writer who will work with the proposal team and assist in executing the overall RFP/RFQ/RFI response, ensuring the Proposal’s response is of high quality and delivered on time. This is an excellent opportunity for a flexible, “roll up the sleeves” individual to join a regarded highly Sales Organization supporting the global sales effort of our dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to RFP’s that Replicon has agreed to be part of.
Take ownership of the RFP process which entails working with other groups within Replicon – Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Alliance, and Legal.
Ensure that documents meet Replicon standards for content and quality.
Managing and reviewing RFP’s from other RFP specialists.
Stay updated on Replicon’s Technology, Communication, Brand, and Security features while responding to RFP’s
Qualifications
3+ years of writing experience with technology companies on software proposals (RFI’s/RFP’s), product marketing collateral, technical writing, or equivalent.
Minimum 1+ years of experience in a Proposal Writing, Pre-Sales role.
Exceptional communication skills are required, including writing, editing, and proofreading.
Ability to present complex information in a comprehensible manner (written and graphical).
Strong research skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
This role requires the employee to be willing to work in the North America shift.
