Job Description : ? Responsible for managing all aspects of RFI/RFPs responses for business, working closely with senior management and business development teams. ? Job Responsibilities: o Respond to RFPs that the company has agreed to enter into o Take ownership of the RFP process which entails working with other groups within Sales, Marketing, Competency / Line of Service Management, Finance, Delivery and Legal o Ensure that documents meet established standards for content and quality o Managing and reviewing RFPs from other RFP specialists o Remain updated on latest technology, communication, branding and competition best practices while responding to RFPs o Responsible for preparing appropriate responses to RFPs. o Reviewing a request for proposal or RFP document. o Preparing a work plan that lists the tasks required to create the proposal, such as design writing, editing, review and production. o Ability to work with remote and diverse teams in order to deliver high quality on time deliverables. o Attend pre-proposal conferences and bid presentations as required. o Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of the team and the entire organization. ? Minimum Qualifications: o Exposure to ICT domain. o Strong ability to write creative and engaging content. o Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets. o Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. o Exceptional communication skills including writing, editing and proof reading o Ability to present complex information in a comprehensible manner (written and graphical) o Strong research skills o Solid teamwork skills o Hands on expertise on MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint. Have undergone several trainings and worked extensively for project slides preparation.
