Job Description : Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for software testing through manual testing of Product based applications on android and iOSCreate test plans, test cases, and/or test scripts required to validate solutionsTake proactive, expert ownership of Quality Assurance role on the client and internal projectsTest Execution, Evaluation and Defect ReportingWork closely across all capabilities (e.g. Technology, Project Management, User Experience/Creative, etc.) to ensure that all quality assurance requirements are defined and properly documented.Assist in reviewing and refining existing QA process, controls, and best practicesAssist QA Leadership in training and mentoring other QA staff members on QA best practices and techniquesSkills & Experience: Candidate should have hands-on 1 to 3years experience in Manual Testing.Candidate should have excellent knowledge of SQLWorking knowledge of QTP / Selenium or other automation tools/frameworksExpertise in various forms of software testing: functional and non-functional testing regression testing, performance testing, etc.Expert in Unit testing, Regression testing, and System testingExperience testing mobile applications for iOS and AndroidGood verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skillsAbility to understand business needs and translate them into test cases and test scenariosDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.Extensive understanding in QA process (Agile and Waterfall), tools, and approachesExperience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar bug and issue tracking solutions.Experience with Mobile Web testing and simulator/emulation tools is a plusExperience with Blazemeter/JMeter/load testing tools, and performance testing, API testing tools a plusExperience with testing beyond functional (e.g. Accessibility, security, etc.) a plusJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:Flexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid sick timeSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusCOVID-19 considerations:Common surfaces are sanitized regularlyAbility to commute/relocate:Mohali, Mohali – 160055, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Software Quality Assurance Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
