Job Description : Designation: QA LeadLocation: AhemdabadResponsibilities: ✔ Responsible for managing / planning for all QA processes and task for successful project execution✔ Understand the functional & non-functional requirements; validate the requirements from the end-users perspective and highlight the gaps✔ Comprehensive review of test cases✔ Guide the team in identifying and reporting bugs and glitches for bug free delivery✔ Guide team to Prepare the test report and log defects with all the required details in the bug tracking tool✔ Build understanding in the team on black box testing to ensure performance, security and data integrity aspects of the code✔ Coordinate with the development team and track all the reported defects to closure✔ Guide team for regression testing on demand for the target list of features✔ Review Post-release & pre-release testing✔ Plan for QA automaton where ever possible and demonstrate benefits to the management periodically of such automation✔ Recruit & train resources for desired skills for QACore Skills: 1. Keen Eye to Detailing2. Good Communication Skills3. Ability to understand the multi-tenancy products4. Inquisitiveness and accuracy in solving problems5. Good Team managementTechnical Skills: 1. Competent in Executing the Test Cases2. Ability to create Test plan, test design and test reports.3. Exposure to databases and decent SQL knowledge4. Good understanding of the defect management procedures and tools.5. Excellent knowledge on Selenium and other automation toolsBehaviour Competencies: 1. Energy & Enthusiasm2. Team work3.
