Job Description : About The Role
As a Quality Assurance Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the final release of aseptically compounded products, involving checking batch manufacturing records against orders, prescriptions and stability data, ensuring GMP is followed throughout the compounding process and physical checks of finished compounded products. You will also be responsible for identifying hazards within the manufacturing process and at final release of product.
We are looking for someone who will work night shifts and oversee the activity of 3 QA offices to ensure the team are following correct procedures and required standard is being met at all times.
You will deputise for the Quality Assurance Manager and ensure the quality management system is maintained at all times.

About You
To be successful in this position you will be an experienced shift manager and be committed to working night shifts.

Ideally you will have worked in a GMP environment, have a background knowledge in Aseptic functions and have supervisory experience. Laboratory experience is also highly desirable.
You will also:
Have a degree in Biology/chemistry/pharmacy, or registered pharmacy technicians
Have effective written and verbal communication skills and be a competent user of Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to focus and meet tight deadlines
Background knowledge of clean-room design
Background knowledge of aseptic compounding techniques
Trending of non-conformance’s
Understanding quality risk management principles
