Job Description

Danfoss is looking for an experienced Quality Coordinator to join our team. You will be expected to excel in a fast pace, growing company and thrive in a culture of continuous improvement. You will need to have outstanding interpersonal communication skills to deal with customers, co-workers and suppliers.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Coordinate & Manage DCS Customer Claim Handling for INR for specified PLs, including:
Ensure Claim Registration prompt into IQOS
Communicate corresponding Production Plants within DCS if necessary for Stop production, block deliveries and recommend sorting activities are done each time product quality is in doubt
Manage and track INR Customer Claims with 8D, including by having periodic claim reviews with corresponding DCS plants
Ensure complete problem solving for each claim
Support deployment of Lessons Learnt Cards (LLC) whenever necessary
Administrate DCS LICS (CC & RAC) in INR and Coordinate with all stakeholders on 8D cases within the Region
Report performance on a monthly basis
Analyse and declare Failure Root Cause of all Field / Line Rejected (returned) parts – Compressors and RAC parts sold / manufactured in INR
Incorporate findings in IQOS and communicate relevant Frontend CCH Responsible
Communicate respective factories on Manufacturing / Design Related failures when confirmed especially if any new failure mode found on analysis
Secure recommendations to Sales / FSE / AE concerns to avoid field failures
Secure complete Administration of DCS LICs following DCS Global Quality Standards deployed & well followed
Ensure maintaining all Equipment / Machines / Test Systems as per standards / requirements and keeping all Operational at any point of time
Report issues upon LIC operations time to time and get it solved immediately
Develop system / tools to enhance all processes are up to date
Liaison administration between DCS LICs and Regional team
Develop LIC team and secure prompt training on TDA / Root Cause Analysis / System handling etc
Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
3+ years in Service / Production and Quality environment
Specific skills on Failure Analysis especially Refrigeration parts
Experienced with ISO/TS16949 quality tools
Multicultural understanding and diplomacy
Familiar with QMS tools
Experienced on ERP systems, not mandatory
