Job Description : For Female Candidates OnlyWe are looking for Female RECEPTIONIST for GYM.Responsibilities: -To provide excellent customer service to our members and guestsTo deal with membership and sales enquiries and carry out administrative dutiesTo ensure the gym and dance studio areas are maintained to a high standard during each shiftBuild a good rapport and relationship with all of our members and guestsDeal with customer enquiries in a friendly and efficient mannerEnsure that all financial transactions are completed in accordance with the Finance Procedures, including security, processing.Manage the door entry and exit system effectivelyTo actively promote and sell the various memberships we have available.Maintain and update the membership database system in accordancePromote member challenges and initiativesTo maintain and clean all equipmentResponsible for the safety and enjoyment of our customers whilst using the gym facilitiesTo ensure Safeguarding and Health & Safety procedures are being followedAble to seek solutions and resolve problems, as and when they ariseJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payExperience:Front desk – Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
