The Opportunity – Recruiting & People Ops Coordinator
As a Recruiting & People Ops Coordinator, you will partner with leaders across SigFig to design top performing teams, hire the talent needed for these teams, and think strategically about long term talent needs to accomplish our mission. You will draw from extensive Talent Acquisition areas of expertise to forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and the People Team. You will truly enjoy what you do, be flexible and communicative, and relish learning new things. This role will report to the Country Manager, India, with extensive cross-functional interaction to drive execution while keeping up with the fast pace of SigFig.
SigFig established its presence in India in 2017 with a vision to build a high quality team to contribute meaningfully to SigFig’s product engineering. As we seek to further build and expand our presence in India, we are looking for someone dynamic and creative to join our team and help drive a standout culture that attracts and retains top talent. How You’ll Make an Impact
Oversee the entire candidate journey providing all candidates with a white-glove, positive experience commencing with their first touch point with SigFig all the way until they join our team
Assist overall workplace experience and administration
Schedule a high volume of interviews to support the recruiting team and the business
Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers and internal contributors to provide support throughout the recruitment process
Promptly respond to candidates’ emails and internal stakeholders regarding any inquiries
Keep the queue of candidates up to date and efficiently move them through the interview process to ensure positive candidate experience
ATS admin/expert – posting jobs, ensuring workflow is accurate for all open positions, helping with reporting

Qualification and expertise – You have hands-on experience in the talent acquisition function, including but not limited to:
Recruitment scheduling
Applicant Tracking System administration
Sourcing
Work Experience – You have 2-3 years of recruiting experience in a very fast paced environment
Culture – You have a true passion for creating a standout culture
Tools and Processes – You have a good understanding of various recruitment tools and processes
Communication Skills – You are a consummate communicator and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to clearly articulate your thoughts during verbal and written communications
You think globally but can act with local needs in mind
Passion for finance and investing is a plus
