The Marketing team at Shopee is responsible for conceptualising and implementing go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategising and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localise marketing for the specific markets. The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. Job Description:
Develop ideas and insights based on social commerce trends and analytics
In-depth market research and analysis to drive initiatives with social sellers on social media like Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, etc
Collaborate with local marketing and business development teams to ensure end-to-end implementation of initiatives
Track performance of social seller partners and develop actionable insights and recommendations based on market insights across countries
Requirements:
1-4 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing or affiliate marketing preferred and knowledge of social commerce, seller acquisition and management will be an advantage
Knowledge of marketing tracking tools such as Google Analytics, App tracking tools, affiliate platform and etc. highly preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English, collaborating with diverse and cross-country internal teams and external partners
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
