Job Description
The key responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to;
Accountant background
Prepare monthly management reports
Provide a commentary and analysis on financial performance across the business
Establish forecast at key reporting deadlines and management information reports are produced to support budgetary control
Lead taking in the management of monthly reporting processes, monthly period end timetables
Forecasting processes via Excel, SAP user desirable
Process financial transactions and produce management information for budget holder
Provided information Internal and external auditor as required
Provide insightful analysis to support decision making
Build and maintain working relationships internally and externally
Contribute to on-going development and implementation of Finance Strategy
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must possess the following skill set and experience;
Background within working as Reporting Accountant
Educational background desirable
Able to Commute to Manchester City Centre
Ability to build relationships and networks internally and externally
Excellent analytical skills and financial modelling skills
Able to problem solve and implement new ideas to improve standards
Strong Excel and data analysis
Group reporting within accounting environment
Excellent technical accounting skills
Ability to work under pressure and to work in a fast-paced environment
Part Qualified and background experience as Accountant
