Job Description : Salary: £21,840 per annum Sleep in (£63) and Waking Nights (£120) averaging at £25,116 per annum.Residential Support Worker Swindon, Wiltshire.Due to continued organisational growth and development opportunities for our current staff, we are recruiting for Residential Support Workers to join our Staff Teams close to Swindon, Wiltshire.About the job: As a Support Worker, you will be key in helping our young people with EBD and learning difficulties. This is a challenging role, but the rewards are incomparable to any other job. You will be working in an environment where the little things that you do every day could have life-changing results on the young people in our care.
