Role Responsibility
Here at Selfridges we are on a journey to Re-invent Retail and as part of this, Diversity and Inclusion is at the forefront of everything we do.

We have a newly created D&I Analyst role which will be supporting with our D&I Initiatives at Selfridges.
This newly created role will join the Reward team to support with the delivery of our D&I agenda and our broader people strategy.
As a Rewards Analyst- D&I, you will:
Evolve our D&I data analytics and dashboards.
Develop and monitor pay governance frameworks to drive transparency, equity and fairness.
Work with the HRIS and HRSS teams to ensure people data is robust and accurate and to optimise the D&I related reporting capabilities of our people systems (Workday).
Maintain strong relationships with all internal stakeholders and engage positively and proactively as needed.
Propose and advocate process improvements to drive efficiency and customer experience.
The Ideal Candidate
Highly developed analytical skills. ability to manipulate large amounts of data to identify and interpret trends and issues and draw meaningful insight from it.
Demonstrable track record of using D&I information, insights and knowledge in a structured way to identify options and make recommendations.
Advanced in your knowledge of Microsoft Excel including advance formulas and pivot tables.
Experienced at developing connections externally into D&I networks and communities.
You have a demonstrable background of building strong relationships with Key Business Stakeholders at all levels of management, as well as the ability to work as part of a team in a constructive way.
In depth knowledge of data privacy regulations relating to HR data capture and maintenance.
A quick learner, able to understand and implement new concepts.
An enthusiastic team player who can work Independently to very strict deadlines.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Able to demonstrate authenticity, initiative and confidentiality on all matters.
