Job Description : The sales coordinator will be required to coordinate with the Customer regarding any new sales requirement till the sales/implementation of the new product/service.The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Understanding the customer’s requirement and explaining the same to Technical coordinatorPreparing quote and proposal in Excel/Word after consulting with Technical HeadSharing the quote with the customer and coordinating & resolving any queriesFollowing up regularly for sales closureAfter approval ensuring the required equipment/service is delivered and implemented within the decided time period.Maintaining and updating sales/renewal reportsPreparing, maintaining and updating sales proposalsSending renewal mails/remindersCoordinating with Back-office team and Technical team.Candidate requirements:Minimum 1-2 years technical sales experience (IT industry preferred)Max. overall experience – 4 yearsGood English communication – written and spokenAbility to multi-taskLooking for long term job prospectsSomeone residing in western suburbs preferredJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusCOVID-19 considerations:Common surfaces are sanitized regularly, Fully Vaccinated staff
