Does leading, motivating, and coaching an Inside Sales Team and owning revenue targets interest you?
As an Inside Sales Manager you will develop individuals’ sales skills for effectively championing software products, manage team/individual quarter-to-quarter progress and forecasting, and enable a team to meet and exceed quota. Responsibilities
Lead a team of Melbourne based Inside Sales Representatives to meet monthly and quarterly goals: activity, metrics, forecasted opportunities and revenue targets.
Hire, train, coach and grow a team of Inside Sales Representatives.
Develop and maintain productive, effective relationships with direct reports, peers and senior leadership.
Train Sales Representatives on sales skills, product knowledge, time management, and customer relations.
Develop sales metrics and performance management tools to monitor and improve performance to ensure achievement of team and company objectives.
Monitor outbound calls, provide guidance and feedback to enhance performance, and conduct one-on-ones to track and meet sales.
Qualications
5+ years sales experience. 2+ years in a sales management capacity. Experience in software quality preferred.
Experience leading a consultative sales process with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Coaching skills – ability to observe, evaluate and use various techniques to improve results.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Experiences using CRM tools Salesforce
Practical knowledge and experience working with sales methodology’s such as MEDDIC or Challenger a plus.
