As a salesforce Manager your responsibilities are:

Handle day-to-day operation and management of Aviva Singlife’s Salesforce SFDC Platform
Design/implement the integration of different solutions and different data sources to achieve the business goals and realised business values
Be the go-to internal SFDC expert that the teams seek opinions and recommendations with
Drives the CRM vision and roadmap that includes managing the Salesforce budget, license, contracts, vendors and internal resources
Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, IT, Architects, Team Lead or Development team to drive CRM solution closely aligned to the Company’s strategy
Drive implementation strategy and roadmap with the internal and external technologies; make technical recommendations for key stakeholders to evaluate and decide
Accountable for end-to-end SFDC activities (i.e. operation, process and documentation, responsible for designing, implementing and rolling out of the SFDC solutions and its related integrations) including but not limited:
Stakeholder management
Proactively engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather/analyse requirements and map them to solutions using salesforce features and functionality.
Evaluate requirements and information from different teams, align differences, breakdown high-level user requests into details for general understanding for working teams and business users.
Lead the change/issue prioritisation through good understanding of the business problem statements, design Salesforce solutions (Services/Sales Journey) with users.
Make sound recommendations and comparison, work on business case and obtain approval for pilot/experiments, test & learn or implementation.
Work with the teams and key stakeholders on end-to-end tracking of experiments and pilot projects (i.e. real time monitoring, triggering personalised actions and success criteria validation) and plan for full-scale implementation roll-out for the proven use cases.

Delivery
Understand, lead, and manage Salesforce design and build solutions, technology + data architecture, integration works, interfacing layer and workflows.
Provide program cost estimation for key workstreams and vendor management
Host workshops to actively identify and propose innovative solutions with other SMEs and gather technical requirements for development
Deliver solutions for the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements and realize business value.
Ensure that projects are adhering to delivery best practices and successful implementation with the help of IT team and partners.

Run
Research and look out for new innovation to improve SFDC usage, performance for our business needs.
Operate SFDC as administrator, trainer and advocate for the organisation adoption.
Monitor and enhance data quality within the SFDC.
Architect the overall SFDC stack and monitor the performances / SLA of all SFDC products.
Ensure the data privacy, compliance reviews and security reviews of the SFDC solutions / integrations / activities used in the organisation
Provide standardized status reports, track/manage financials, manage risks and issues, communicating across the leadership team, and escalating where necessary.
Required Capabilities

Experience in architecting solutions for different Salesforce Financial, Sales, Service, Community, etc) implementation and integration projects.
Able to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, visual and impactful manner.
Preferably minimum 8 to 10 years of experience blend of business and technical solution experience in solutioning and leading large Salesforce cloud implementation programs.
Experience in developing high-level architecture design of current and future state solution based on business requirements and value propositions.
Knowledge of software development fundamentals such as: data structures, object-oriented programming, relational database design, and design patterns
Experience with Data modelling, SQL, integration with Web Services (SOAP/REST/XML), all related web-service stack and WSDL are added advantage to support user testing
Working collaboratively with the Technical Lead and development team in writing articulate technical specs
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-orientated environment.
Excellent communication (written and oral), storytelling, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Preferably able to understand distribution and ops processes will be a plus.
Able to understand of Financial Services (life, general and health insurance, investment, savings).
