Job Title: Salesforce QA Lead
Department & Team: IT Applications – GTM
Reports to: Santhosh N
Location: Chennai / Hyderabad

Summary:
Salesforce QA Analyst with strong Agile, Scrum and Salesforce experience. The. The ideal candidate will have extensive Salesforce knowledge in Sales/Service/CPQ applications. The candidate will be performing manual as well as automated testing.

Key Responsibilities:
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum Methodology.
Responsible for the planning, integration, test case preparation, scripting and execution of all testing to ensure proper coverage.
Schedules and leads test deliverables review sessions as necessary.
Work on multiple projects as a project team member and are considered to be a SME for the system.
Collaborate with BSA and Dev. teams in the analysis and review of business objectives and requirements to ensure requirements are testable
Develop, document and maintain test data, data validation, end-to-end testing flows.
Responsible for building regression test scenarios and building automation using tools like Provar
Desirable Skills:
Overall 7 years’ experience with 3+ years’ experience working with Salesforce. Candidates with Salesforce Admin certification will be preferred.
Extensive QA knowledge/background
Understand technical testing for both back-end and UI/UX.
Experience with database schemas.
Proven ability to improve an existing environment by going the extra mile and continuing to learn.
