Salesforce Technical Lead (Assistant Manager) – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

The team
We, the Salesforce COE team, create and offer a range of solutions to internal stakeholders. We work with stakeholders to develop the enterprise-wide Salesforce apps. We are into latest features into Salesforce. We continuously look for ways to push the boundaries of our tools and channels, as well as look for ways to improve our development processes.
Work you’ll do / Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will work closely with Manager/Architect and interact with clients to understand their requirements to deliver salesforce apps. You will be expected to:
Provide Technical and Architectural leadership for Salesforce applications.
Collaborates with application developers, designers, and architects to ensure a shared understanding of the business model and the detailed function requirements.
Work closely with Developers and and guide them on solutions. Responsible for conducting technical code reviews.
Works with Studio BA/QA resources to support testing and perform defect fixes as needed Closely get involved in the day-to-day development activities.
Defining technical evaluation criteria for product and technology selection and determining technical approaches to ensure all architectural solutions result in a coherent systems design
Participates in studio daily scrum and project status calls to provide accurate updates on deliverable timelines and status
Creates and manages technical documentation as required
Works with Technical Delivery Manager proactively for task prioritization, resolving issues and escalations
Responsible for code release and deployment activities
Participates in reviews of plans associated with project execution.
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad
Work shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology 7+ years’ experience in a similar role and Enterprise organisation.
Essential 6-10 years of extensive Design and Development experience in force.com Business Analysis skills to understand the Business Problem and propose the best technical solution Enterprise implementations of complex SFDC applications, with reports, workflow, working with several SFDC objects Expertise in Apex, LWC and AURA lightning components, Web Services, SOQL, SAQL, SASL, JavaScript and HTML Integration to other third-party solutions. Strong communication, technical and virtual collaboration skills are a must Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment

Good to have Experience with Einstein Analytics
Experience with Salesforce Mobile SDK is a plus Experience with Mulesoft. Salesforce Developer Certification PD1/PD2
