Roles and Responsibilities
Reporting day-to-day activities to the Reporting head, whenever required.
Calendar Management system, schedule and coordinate appointments, receive calls, take and relay messages and respond with required information.
Manage the complex travel plans, arrangements, and coordinate pre-planned trips
Maintaining information and important documents and organizing all the files and documents of the organization/reporting manager.
Prepare minutes of meetings and subsequent monitoring of action items.
Coordination with the senior management to founders.
Arranging, coordinating and setting up indoor and outdoor meetings, conferences.
Preparing the travel bills, courier bills, vouchers etc,
Liaison with all the departments to ensure proper communication and reporting . Carry out miscellaneous tasks assigned by the manager.
Update the calendars on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Maintaining the record of all the documents, inward and outward.
Receive, direct or respond to queries.
Interact with organizational staff, executives, vendors, visitors on a daily basis.
Keeping inventory in check, and managing all the bills, expense reports, reimbursement reports from the reporting manager.
Requirement
Graduate with 8-12 years of experience in the following field.
Good communication skills, hands on experience in excel, able to handle the PO and invoices. Team player, multi-tasker
