Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
Maintaining the schedule and calendar of important tasks and deadlines
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence. Must have good knowledge and practice of stenography (Shorthand- English).
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required
Collating and filing expenses
Miscellaneous tasks to support the Group CFO
Required Candidate profile
Knowledge of shorthand is required.
Good at drafting emails and letters
