Job Description : Senior – TAS Analytics CoE
The opportunity
Our national practice assists TAS core teams in digital enablement initiatives across all domains. We are looking for a Senior associate with base location as Chennai / Delhi.
Your key responsibilities
Lead the due diligence process in terms of the nature of the intake activities, understand the requirement and communicate effectively
Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, design, analysis, validation, and documentation
Create interactive visualization and automated reporting using Power BI or a similar visualization software
Build analytics / data driven solutions using Python pandas framework
Automate data extraction from the web using Python Scrappy, Beautiful Soup or a similar library.
Build predictive / descriptive analytic data models
Understand the business, develop data-driven solutions to address business problems and independently manage end-to-end project communication with business partners.
The individual should possess the ability to work in teams and display a proactive learning attitude.
Skills and Technical Qualifications
Any professional degree
4 – 8 years of post-qualification experience
Extensive database programming experience in writing T-SQL Stored procedures, Joins, Views, Functions, Constraints and Indexes
Expertise on Database designing / data modelling / performance tuning
Hands on experience in Extract, Transform & Load (ETL)
Extensive knowledge on designing dashboards using Power BI.
Hands on Python / R
Machine learning / Statistics / RPA skill good to have but not mandatory.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Excellent communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills; fluent in English.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word & Excel)
Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
