Roles and Responsibilities
Deep understanding of various digital and online advertising platforms and formats such as organic, PPC, Social, Display, Search, Email, video and associated metrics
Own the overall execution of Email strategy for Lead Generation and Lead Nurturing to effectively communicate with target audience and prospects such that they remain engaged through out their journey with the Brand.
Understand product marketing and growth strategies and work under the guidance of Digital Strategist to meet/exceed client objectives
Setup and execute email campaigns on the marketing automation platform (using SFMC) including creation of customer journeys, choosing the right templates, fixing the content, audience segmentation, create various email lists and QA processes.
Plan for digital sales, customer touchpoint management, cross sell/up sell and measure ROI at each step
Manage day to day execution and operations of lead generation and customer touchpoint and report ROI at each step.
Work with the team to setup and execute Social Media, Search and GDN campaign, manage day today operations and reporting as per KPI
Proactively working to executing targeting strategies to reach and engage multiple audiences.
Should be able to storyboard concepts for campaign, develop content strategy/briefs and work with Creative team to bring ideas to life
Manage end to end creation of creative, perform A/B testing and make changes as per insights derived.
Ensuring campaigns are maintained and optimized based on reporting insights.
Participate in client calls & meetings working hand-in-hand with Product Owners and strategists to create goals and KPIs, then ensuring campaigns are performing as they should.
Manages client expectations, bringing issues/concerns to Digital Strategist’s attention before they become problems, offering potential solutions, and advising of potential delivery delays
Desired Qualification
6-8 years of experience in running digital marketing campaigns on a large scale for US and UK markets
Should have expertise on key social media platforms like FB, LI, Insta, Twitter, GDN, Adwords and other content marketing platforms.
Experience on JIRA or similar tool is a must
Experience in SFMC Exact Target must.
Must be number driven and ensures best CTRs, CPLs, CPQL and CPA through experiments and data analysis.
Must pay attention to A/B testing details; and their results and should be able to prioritize and execute tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical mindset and hands on execution skills.
An ability to work under tight deadlines.
