Job Description : SENIOR CONSULTANT (SD) – KOCHI
The senior consultant (SD) is an individual contributor with a strong technical understanding of the MTA solution and an ability to solve complex technical and Ad Operation issues while working closely with the Customer Success team as well as Client and Agency partners. He/She will be taking full ownership of a specific set of client accounts in SD.
To be successful, the Senior Consultant will have to gain a good grip on the solution offered to the client and take full ownership of the ongoing maintenance of the account by handling Change requests and incidents to the client’s satisfaction in a timely manner. He/She will use his/her excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to understand the business requirements or challenges the client is bringing up and to provide a concise solution. The person should have the passion to stay on top the business developments on the client side and have the ability to pick up new skillsets if needed to serve the client better.
ROLE DETAILS:
Requirement gathering, use case identification and business analysis for product and client projects.
Implement complex product development and automation initiatives independently with minimal supervision and oversight.
Debug complex technical issues to unblock initiatives across teams.
Locate and Design process improvement opportunities (Identify and implementautomations where needed). Transform these into projects where appropriate.
Build strong relationships based on mutual trust and respect with peers within technicaldelivery and across teams.
Manage deliverables across 3 or more concurrent projects through proactive expectation setting.
Learn new technologies/product stacks and provide training to other associates on these topics.
Work with product and client services stakeholders to i
Manage the client Configuration documents in a clean, concise, maintainable fashion.
Collaborate with product and other engineering teams for product enhancements, bug fixes, product migrations etc.
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS:
4+ years of hands-on Development/Support experience.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred.
A very thorough understanding of SQL Queries/Shell scripting/regular expression pattern matching and Python
Advanced understanding of our internal product tools like Zeus and databed are desirable.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other teams at enterprise level for product enhancements or issue analysis, POCs, migrations etc.
Demonstrated ability to provide technical oversight for junior members of the team when required.
Awareness of industry and domain trends in ad-tech are desirable.
Experience in an Ad Technology, Digital Publisher, or Digital Agency environment desirable.
Knowledge of MTA Solution with its capabilities and limitations would be an added advantage.
Demonstrated ability to quickly pick up a new technology or product area and create key business outcomes in that area.
