Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Data Management Analyst.

The team member will be a member of a team of data management consultants that drive builds of the MRDS (Master and Reference Data Services) Application. This individual will be responsible for working with internal Data Management Insights (DMI) and external business partners to complete the vision of Master and Reference Data Services (MRDS) application supporting non-discretionary risk and regulatory work. This work will require extensive business knowledge of Customer and Party data, Reference Data across the Enterprise coupled with strong data analytic skills. This individual will support the design and testing of the business requirements within an Agile framework. This role will also act as an Agile Tester.

In this role, you will:
Work with partners to help test and identify new business and technical requirements for the MRDS application and create test cases, log issues, perform research, create requirements for additional system functionality
Perform deep dive analysis on data anomalies to determine the root cause through creating SQL queries in various database environments
Develop and perform test plan to support system deployment activities to ensure partners’ requirements are met
Raise issues to management’s attention with possible solutions
Grow MRDS within the Enterprise Data Environment
Update and build Business As Usual (BAU) processes per risk and regulatory requirements
Establish relationships and support the communication across the business teams, technical partners, and upstream/downstream partners.
Support business partner MRDS data reporting needs
Required Qualifications, US:

Required Qualifications, International:
Overall experience of 8+ years in data management area
5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: data management, data governance, data quality or data analysis demonstrated through work or military experience (default required qualification)
3+ years of relationship management experience with business and technology partners
2+ year of experience gathering business requirements from various sources including end-users and stakeholders
2+ years of experience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
3+ years of experience with software/technologies Java (at least Java 1.8), Microservice Architecture, Rest and SOAP web services, HTTPS security, DevOps, CICD, Jenkins, Tomcat App Server, Apache Web Server, Intellij UI.
Working Knowledge of Informatica MDM or equivalent
3+ year of hands-on Agile experience, including writing test cases and testing requirements. On the job experience with acting as an Agile Tester or equivalent role.
1+ years of experience with writing SQL
1+ years of experience with databases such as Oracle, Hadoop, DB2, SQL server, or Teradata
1+ years of experience working in Data Lakes or Data Marts
Desired Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
1+ year of JIRA experience, Agile tool
