Job Description : Design and development of control system for automation products systems using Solid works / CAD/E-Plan PLC and drive experience for HW selection and I/O mapping/ knowledge of electrical control components/ strong research skill Automation back group like Programming skills such as PLC and HMI BOM preparation Design of control panels for various products Electrical drawing for panel boards using solid works /E-Plan BOM release in ERP Production document release–Wiring diagram for panel boards/Quality documents with check list/panel GAD/SLD for machine wiring/Packing list Erection documents–Erection schedule/erection check list/SLD/Visit customer for new product/ Training material/ SLI feed back product wise/ CAPA/8D for customer complaints Consult with PPC/Production teams during product manufacturing, advising them on design specifications and providing physical assistance when required Provide necessary technical details to marketing/ sales and service team. Interact with various departments and bring out the projects successfully . Estimate project cost, cost of design, manufacturing, installation, etc ., and to control cost within estimated budget. Conduct CFT reviews on projects and provide report on works in progress in Design, Manufacturing and site. Organize Prototype design for products that requires in-house testing and validation. Research competitor products and collaborate with design team to generate new ideas to make our products the best. Appraise the team ,assess gaps and coordinate with HR dept for training to improve the knowledge . Guide and motivate th team in trouble shooting and upgrading skills.
