Job Description : Senior Finance Co-OrdinatorPermanent Full-time Position – Monday to FridaySalary – £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (dependant on experience)We are seeking a Senior Finance Co-ordinator to lead our accounts department.GPC74 specialises in Construction, Fit Out, Groundworks and Facilities Maintenance. You will be based at our Head Office in rural South Shropshire, but our Company has an operational reach that extends throughout the UK.Essential requirements:Meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skillsHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel), SAGE Accounts and SAGE Payroll.Strong communication skills, team player and able to prioritise whilst working under pressureAAT Accounting/Book Keeping or similar qualificationsAt least 5 years’ finance / accounts administrative experience in a fast-paced environmentA full UK driving licenseDesirable requirements:Previous experience of management of accounts departmentConstruction accounting background with familiarity with HMRC CIS scheme and reverse charge VAT though support and training from our accountants can be providedKey Skills / Functions:Cash flow forecastsPurchase ledger from start to finishCredit controlInvoice postingSales invoicesPreparing quarterly VAT returnsHMRC CIS scheme and reverse charge VATProcessing supplier paymentsBank activity, reconciliation and cash allocationPayrollTraining and supervision of Finance AdministratorBenefits:Permanent role, Monday to Friday, to start ASAPNEST Pension, Bike 2 Work and a salary sacrifice Childcare Voucher Scheme.We are just 20 minutes from Bridgnorth, 20 minutes from Kidderminster and Ludlow, and 40 minutes from Worcester.
