Job Description:
Regulating tickets monitoring and daily incident.
Managing and monitoring software installation.
Managing and troubleshooting hardware and printer issues.
Regulating first level network support and troubleshooting.
Regulating IT store management and vendor management.
Monitoring and recording asset configuration & assignment.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in CS or related discipline.
Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
Knowledge of service requests and incident management.
Knowledge of window installation & support windows OS/MacOS.
Knowledge of Network components (Router, Switches, Firewall and Wifi etc).
Basic Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, IP, Vlan, Inter Vlan Routing, Routing, Switching, Gateway,
Subnet, network I/O port, Rj45 Connector.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
