Description
We are recruiting a Senior/Team Leader in the Pursuit team. In this team, your responsibilities will include the following:
Work with onshore business teams and help manage the entire proposal process end to end
Build stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth completion of proposal process and delivery as per prescribed timelines
Initiate and manage the project plan, proposal-specific collaboration, calendars, meetings and reviews
Review all customer requirements to ensure that they are met in the proposal and collaborate with the various stakeholders to create winning proposals
Leading all day-to-day aspects of an individual proposal project
Showcase leadership, take responsibility and accountability of proposals assigned
Incorporate learnings, best practices and share with the larger team
Utilise collaboration tools effectively
Enable efficiency drivers / continuous improvement of the services and business processes to reduce turnaround time and delivery, more with less year-on-year
Identify best-in-class service lines / functional content to help develop content library
Inculcate culture of continuous learning, collaboration, problem solving, solution orientation and ownership
Guide/train junior team members, and perform quality control reviews on deliverables to ensure compliance with KPMG’s brand specifications
Develop and drive new processes to ensure value addition to pursuit process is continuous

Qualifications
Mandatory Skills
Detailed understanding of the proposal lifecycle
Ability to interact credibly with senior stakeholders
Ability to clearly articulate the proposal processes and associated value propositions
Proficiency in working well in an environment of ambiguity
Proficiency in managing delivery of proposals using project management
Problem solver
Excellent written & oral communication
Proposal/Bid management experience with proposal writing
Proficiency in MS Office required and MS Teams preferable
Graduates with 6-8 years or post Graduates with 4-6 years experience of working with large multinationals in a similar role particularly in a professional services firm / third-party KPO/IT-BPO company/internal research/ Bid Management within key technology companies
Prior experience in sales support, preferably in a shared services setup for technology / consulting organizations
Cross cultural experience of working in a global environment
Credible record of operating as an independent contributor as well working as part of a team during larger projects
Goal driven – should be focused on adding more value and helping bid teams be more successful
Preferred Skills
Bid management including proposal writing
Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations without compromising on quality, and ethical standards and values
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-driven
Secondary research skills
