We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager – Internal Communications!
As a Senior Manager in the Internal Communications team, you will lead the communication portfolio for our Go-to-Market teams (Digital, Consulting, Sales, Enterprise Services and Marketing) and drive communication programs to ensure employee awareness and engagement.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute end-to- end communication campaigns with GTM teams to drive awareness around key programs and initiatives
Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders.
Plan, write, and edit content for a variety of internal communications channels (intranet, newsletters, or regular emails).
Ensure that news, achievements, employee experience initiatives, values-based behavior and information on the business are collected and promoted on all internal platforms in suitable formats.
Plan, communicate, and execute all functional and executive townhalls
Storyboard or translate communication plans to the creative team of art directors and designers
Adapt communication strategy and tactics incorporating analytics and feedback from stakeholders to improve reach and adoption
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
A creative eye and a keen interest in design, visualization, creation of attractive newsletters and other communication assets
Experience in working with communication and collaboration platforms such as MS TEAMS, SharePoint, Poppulo, Zoom etc.
Business understanding: Strong ability to understand Genpact’s core business
Writing skills: You need excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as the ability to source stories from employees
Speaking skills: You also need strong speaking skills and moderate virtual townhalls and dialogues
Ability to navigate, interact with and manage a variety of stakeholders and leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a communications team, especially internal communication, for a large business or organization, is most sought after. But experience of writing for a variety of different audiences is also desired. General journalistic or marketing experience is beneficial. Prior management of complex projects (e.g. rebadging, M&A) is also looked upon favorably.
