Job Description : As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at Model N. We are looking for a proactive individual who can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us, therefore the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to keep learning. The Junior Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes in order to translate them into technical solution
What you’ll do: · Assist the Senior Salesforce Admin in various work streams on Salesforce.com · Ensure effective data management in Salesforce.com and from integrated systems, including auditing, preventing and resolving data integrity issues · Manage case JIRA Salesforce Queue to support various applications and respond to user requests · Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in different time zones to uncover process gaps and develop solutions towards continuous improvement of the system, with a good understanding of release processes and deployments · Identify gaps in our existing implementations to configure and develop solutions for increased productivity · Understand and fix existing system problems and maintain automations on a daily basis · Assess and manage user profiles, permissions, and access · Keep abreast of upcoming releases and features What we’re looking for: · Salesforce Certified Administrator with knowledge on configuration best practices · 4+ years of experience with Salesforce.com implementation (design, configuration, deployment) and extensive experience debugging and troubleshooting in Lightning UI · Experience in the different process automation such as FLOWS and Apex Coding · Understand business needs and translate requirements into technical solutions · Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay self-motivated · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Nice-to-haves: · Familiarity with other sales software tools and integrations (such as LinkedIn, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc) · Knowledge of Apex, VF, Lightning Components At Model N, we believe our collective success stems from the uniqueness of every individual’s diverse backgrounds, experiences, and expertise; we call this the N Factor.
