The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Senior Manager Vitality Continuous Improvement & Process Optimisation, the purpose of this role is to support the day-to-day function of AIA Vitality – our science-backed well being program. This role will need to ensure members and partners are provided a high level of service through the provision of administration support and thereby improving the member and partner experience.
To do this successfully you will:
Raise and manage all IT incidents within SLA
Troubleshoot enquiries related to partners and corporate clients and liaising with other internal and external parties to resolve these
Monitor that all data files that the core program needs to function correctly are received and uploaded without error
Ensure data validation, file uploads and exception reports are accurate and remediated by the right teams
Participate in user testing on both the Vitality Member and Service portal/app where required
Reconciling orders with usage and payment requests
Successful applications will demonstrate:
Logical thinking to solve complex matters with a high sense of urgency
Motivation to learn and constantly improve processes
Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to working in a team environment
Precise attention to detail and ability to prioritize responsibilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including calculations of percentages and discounts
Advanced Excel vLookup/indexing, pivot table and macros
