Job Description : We are looking for a Senior Product Architect to design and develop highly scalable cloud-based applications using state-of-the-art software and web technologies.

As a (Senior) Product Architect, you will be part of our talented development team in charge of the Basware procurement applications. The team oversees the building of a responsive, high-performance user experience for our cloud-based applications, accessed by over a million users across the globe. We’d love for you to be a passionate, curious and goal-oriented team player with experience in testing-driven and agile development.

Key role responsibilities (“Your Contribution”)
(Senior) Product Architect works closely with development leads, product management and other technology owners during product design and development to implement highly scalable, secure end to end solutions.

The position requires ability to understand, learn and design large enterprise architecture solutions and going also to the details when needed, even to the code level.
Work with the other development leads and engineers on an enterprise-class high performing web application supporting hundreds of simultaneous users.
Lead the technical direction in their product team and can communicate plans and direction clearly to technical and non-technical people.
Take ownership on the performance and scalability of the product area on production along with ownership of major production releases.
In-depth knowledge of web application architectures and design patterns.
Design applications and services primarily using .Net (C#).
Design highly available, scalable and client facing APIs (REST, HATEOAS).
Engage in requirements analysis, leading to high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
Recommend ways to improve reliability, maintenance, efficiency, and quality.
Own the product’s design and drive a culture of following best practices.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Our cloud applications are hosted on top of AWS Public Cloud and are used by our clients all around the world. We develop our applications by using technologies like Angular, TypeScript, .NET, Python, Java and RabbitMQ. We use following state-of-the-art tools to develop and deliver our applications into production: Git, Stash, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Robot Framework, Selenium, and Docker. We also follow modern DevOps culture in everyday work we do and utilize DevOps practices like continuous integration and continuous delivery in building our Microservice based applications.

Our stack

Must-Have:
12+ years of professional experience with experience in architecture design on enterprise level business applications with hands on development experience.
Excellent knowledge of C# and ASP.NET (Web API/WCF), LINQ, Angular, any ORM framework.
Should have strong understanding of OOPS concepts, .NET fundamentals and Design patterns.
TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
Any RDBMS.
