ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for a passionate, driven and results-oriented individual to join us as a Senior Product Designer in our Product Design team.

Reporting to Product Design Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for product design deliverables within our newly formed B2B department. S/he will be collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth delivery and execution of product features for our B2B clients.

S/he will take end-to-end ownership of design delivery while collaborating with business stakeholders, product managers and engineering/QA teams.

Working together with these teams, s/he will be responsible for delivering high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

This is a group-level role which is based in Singapore.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will:

Design user flows to solve problem statements for both customer-facing and enterprise products.

Understanding products from a design thinking perspective to craft flows and interface elements to best suit our B2B customers’ wants and needs.

Help define and contribute to our ever-evolving Design System and Strategy that lays the groundwork of transforming the telco user experience for many years to come.

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to take products from concepts to delivery. Work closely with the internal tech development team to implement high quality user interface design from solutioning to hand-off.

Conduct user journey audits and usability tests together with research, product and marketing teams to identify pain points and experiential improvements that are measurable and viable.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

4-7 years experience as a product or UI/UX designer with relevant experience in the tech industry.
Solid design thinking and understanding of design processes, and ability to define user problems through established research methods.
Able to distill topline strategy into day-to-day design processes and workflow.
A hustler: Able to adapt to fast-paced working environments.
Ability to empathize with your end users and customers.
Big picture thinker: Ability to communicate design decisions to team members / stakeholders and connect them to the overarching strategy.
Attention to detail: does not let important details slip through the cracks.
Experience in designing for enterprise solutions for B2B preferred.
