Job Description : Hasura is looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead product efforts for Hasura enterprise products. Hasura enterprise products give customers an on-premises or fully managed service for production-ready GraphQL APIs to help build modern apps faster with high performance, scalable and enterprise-ready security and compliance features. The Hasura enterprise engineering team is responsible for the functionality that allows enterprise customers to deploy their Hasura GraphQL products with confidence and include key features like monitoring, caching, replication, SSO, APM integrations, security and compliance.GraphQL is changing the way developers & teams build software today. The Hasura GraphQL Engine is an open source tool that makes it fast and easy to compose a GraphQL API for secure data access across a range of data sources and existing GraphQL and REST APIs. This approach empowers application developers to rapidly create and iterate their applications thanks to the flexibility of GraphQL and automation of toilsome considerations like security, performance, resource footprint, and scalability.Hasura is being adopted by developers in startups as well as some of the largest Fortune 500 companies. We are excited to be at the intersection of two major ecosystem trends that will have a profound impact on development workflows going forward and we are looking for amazing people who are as excited as we are to join us on this journey!### What the role will involve:Lead product initiatives related to the company’s suite of enterprise productsCollaborate with customers and the Hasura GraphQL community towards defining use cases and requirements for product improvements and featuresDevelop a deep understanding of the market and competitive landscapeDevelop, maintain and present a product roadmap to customers, prospects and various internal stakeholders as neededMake data-driven decisions to drive the best possible customer experience for Hasura enterprise productsClosely collaborate with members of the product management and engineering leadership team to drive organizational successWork with multiple engineering teams to execute on and deliver high-quality product releasesCollaborate closely with marketing on all aspects of product launchesEnable GTM teams on product value, competitive positioning and technical configurationsWork closely with management towards defining the company’s product strategy### Requirements:Strong interest in working in a high growth, fast-paced and dynamic startup environmentGenuine empathy about solving real-world customer problems and building happy and engaged engineering teamsProven track record for delivering high quality products and solutions2+ years experience delivering enterprise ready solutions for security, compliance, performance and scalability5+ years experience working closely with enterprise customers either in a product management, sales engineering or customer success capacityStrong technical domain knowledge in modern application stacks, APIs, CI/CD workflows, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), security (SSO, SAML, RBAC), Kubernetes, databases and observabilityAbility to work with and present to a variety of audiences including executive, customer, engineering, GTM and partner teamsBS in Computer Science/Engineering/Sciences/Mathematics#### Nice to have:Experience with product-led growth initiatives2+ years experience working as a software engineerStrong technical experience with one or more popular databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL or OracleExperience with GraphQLExperience developing software on cloud or Kubernetes based infrastructureAn MBA degree### Location:While this role is fully remote, we prefer candidates based in the eastern time zones of the US or Canada.
