We currently operate in fifteen cities across ANZ, three in the United Kingdom, and most recently have successfully launched in four cities in Canada.

The Role

You will be reporting to the Head of Product and will be the Product Manager of the Rider App. Your team will be responsible for riders’ end-to-end experience, including onboarding, payment, supply-demand matching, safety education, user profile, referral, feedback, etc. As micro-mobility is at the cutting edge of urban transportation, along with creating the most fun and convenient rider experience, you will also be addressing the city council’s safety concerns. In your day to day, you will be partnering with cross functional teams like Marketing, Expansion, Data Science, City Operations, Legal, Communications, and other Product teams to discover and deliver the overall experience.

What You’ll Do:

Partner with cities and understand customer needs to champion a world-class micro-mobility experience
Develop and own Rider success metrics and OKRs that align with the overall Product Vision and Neuron’s Mission
Work with your team to ensure the solutions are valuable to our riders or cities
Partner with business counterparts (sales, marketing, finance, legal, etc) to ensure the solutions are viable from their perspective
Communicate and evangelize Rider App’s OKRs across the whole organization
Motivate and lead the Rider App team to success
Hire and coach junior PMs
Project manage, if needed, to ensure the successful delivery of your product

What You’ll Need:

Five to eight years of experience in a product management role, ideally worked in a product squad structure with dedicated product design and engineering resources
Proven track record in executing a product idea from concept to live
Solid understanding of the Agile development process
Skilled with various data tools such as Mixpanel, Tableau, Python, SQL is advantageous
A keen interest in driving innovations in the micro-mobility space
Basic understanding of financial accounting is a plus
