5+ years experience in product or program management, UI/UX design or building large scale consumer applications.
Experience working on Android, iOS, Windows or other mobile software/embedded applications
Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition with rigorous execution.
Experience contributing to engineering discussions and strategy related to product architecture

Key job responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of a bold customer-focused product strategy and vision for the next generation of devices
Lead multiple initiatives in various stages of the lifecycle – from ideation to development to launch.
Define creative, high quality, long term product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision
Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application
Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load
Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
Drive product launches in concert with Engineering, Operations Go to Market, PR, and other Product teams
Create buy-in for the product vision and strategy with leadership and internal partners
Drive decisions across cross-functional teams that include engineering, UX and commercial teams.

A day in the life

Be it at ideation or at launch, you will be leading activities that will keep you connected with the most important person, our customers. This could mean defining a vision, working on PR/FAQs or identifying ways to delight our customers by looking at customer feedback. You could be working with our internal partners (engineering, commercial, PR) to make product/design decisions, or with our external partners (brands) to launch these products.

MBA or MS
Experience working with business systems for accounting, finance, reporting
Knowledge of taxation, accounting, finance guidelines
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities in an ever changing environment
Demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders without formal authority, leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner, to peers and developers and to senior leaders.
Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly products and customer-facing features
Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Comfortable challenging assumptions and thinking of creative ways to tackle problems
