Summary:
As the Program Manager, you will own agile practices within Securonix Threat Labs Team. This is a critical role in scaling our organization within the hyper-growth company of Securonix. You will lead a growing organization of Agile practitioners, coaches, and scrum-masters and own the agile process direction and execution. This leader will ensure that we deliver the highest value in the shortest reasonable time through the core principles of agile and lean. Your responsibilities include hiring great people worldwide, mentoring through regular feedback, fostering career growth, and leading the team to a high bar. To succeed in this role, it is important to have a passion for Agile software development and program management, aptitude for organizational transformation, and a strong background in Agile, Scaled Agile, and other program management methodologies.

Responsibilities:
Effectively manage the product portfolio of initiatives to build, manage, and execute on key processes that improve our ability to release high quality, differentiated software to our customers
Lead project planning activities and facilitate project meetings, ensuring the project team delivers against its commitments with the highest quality deliverables in a timely fashion
Report and escalate issues, with mitigation and path to resolution
Provide metrics and regular updates on progress to the Threat Labs organization, and other key stakeholders
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enable and be ready to receive the software. This includes but is not limited to:
Sales Enablement
Internal Readiness
Field Support Enablement
Define and steer the organization’s agile transformation strategy, including the creation of an agile transformation roadmap
Serve in the “Agile Coach” role through championing, training, and mentoring across the organization and in the community.
Establish a mature and healthy agile software development working environment within the context of our organizational values
Identify risks, perform a risk analysis, effectively manage risks; proactively raise prioritization and scheduling tradeoff decisions, escalating and identifying alternate options as appropriate.
Collaborate with other Product Managers to manage key performance metrics and assist with budget management and roadmap documentation
Participate in the product launch process – from inception to launch – so that our launches are market-ready, tested, and commercially aligned.
Qualifications:
5+ years of Agile experience (Scrum, Kanban), including Agile at Scale (e.g., SAFe, Scrum at Scale).
Skilled in producing reports from Jira, Confluence, Grafana and visualizing data using Tableau/BI tools
PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent experience a plus
Proven ability to understand, define, and manage metrics to drive continual improvement
Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
Experience leading diverse global teams to help deliver on complex implementations to deliver measurable business results
Drive projects and initiatives to successful completion with a high degree of passion, detail, and drive
Ability to resolve impediments and escalate issues
Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
Thrives in, and able to navigate, high growth environments
Able to parse complex issues to prioritize and problem solve
Demonstrated prior success as an agile transformation leader in a multi-site SaaS software engineering organization
