Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team to oversee and manage our web and mobile app projects. If you are an inquisitive, multitasking individual who is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and inspire your team members to keep them focused and task oriented, join our team of like-minded team players!

Responsibilities

Develop digital strategies and project plans based on client needs to drive value creation and maximize returns
Understand client’s business objectives and serve as the point of contact for technical requirements
Oversee, manage multiple clients and work with team members from application to deliver project on time and within budget
Ensure projects are executed with quality and security guidelines
Prepare requirements specifications, technical specifications and other project-related documents
Prepare and submit project status to assigned clients
Engage and manage clients in business requirements gathering and seek solutions to a more efficient process.
Application of technical proficiency across stages of software development cycle for applications architecture definition and design
Provide status report on document functional specifications and ensure projects are executed within the defined cost, duration and quality
Manage and oversee the technical team to ensure the assigned projects are executed within the defined cost, duration and quality
Technical aptitude to quickly grasp complex technical issues and communicate directly with technical teams is a plus
Manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains, especially around setting delivery expectations of quality and scope and communicating progress

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
Lead Agile/Scrum teams as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in managing digital or mobile app projects. Candidates with higher relevant experience will be considered for Senior Project Manager role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and process-oriented
Project Management related certification such as CITPM, COMIT or PMP will be an added advantage
Proficiency with 3 years of progressive experience in Adobe, Sitecore, Sitefinity and SharePoint
Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and clearly articulate complex messages and requirements in English
Thrive in a diverse, fast paced environment
