Responsibilities:

As a Senior QA Engineer in Enquero’s Digital Engineering unit, you will be part of a fast-paced team testing the solutions for some of our Fortune 500 customers. You will leverage your formal education in the relevant field and your professional experience to apply professional concepts to work on targeted tasks. You will follow standard practices and procedures applicable in your area of work to complete your task/deliverable with high quality under limited supervision. Your established aptitude to achieve this while supporting other members of the team and improving your own knowledge and skills will define success for your role.
Your passion for learning, implementing and the ability to ask the right questions, apply analytical skills, problem solving skills, technical skills and reliably complete deliverables with high quality is of utmost importance. Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
Monitor debugging process results
Follow standard practices:
Preparing the Test Plan document, Requirement Traceability Metrics, and Risk analysis doc.
Creating Smoke, System, Regression, and E2E Test Suites.
Generating the Test Summary Reports and publishing to the stack holders on daily basis.
Contributing to your BU/Practice by
Documenting your learnings from the current work and engaging in the external tech community by writing blogs, contributing in Github, Stack overflow, meetups / conferences etc.
Keep updated on the latest technologies with technology trainings and certifications
Actively participate in organization level activities and events related to learning, formal training, interviewing, special projects etc.
Qualifications:

REQUIRED
MS/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject.
8+ year experience in application development and/or Test automation framework development.
Excellent coding skills using Java /python programming language.
Extensive experience in design, implement and maintain highly scalable, configurable, and robust test automation solutions.
Experience on working with any one Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Should have hands on Experience on building CI & CD pipeline
Experience of SQL & NONSQL Databases (MYSQL/ORACLE/Mongo DB)
Hands on experience in UI Automation, API Automation and microservice based app automation.
Demonstrated experience in defining and implementing several test automation solutions leveraging one or more of the following:
Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, JMeter, Grinder, Gatling, Jenkins.
Hands-on experience in specifying, establishing, and managing test environments and test data for load and functional automation projects.
Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment tools (e.g., Bamboo/jenkins)
Good communication skills: the ability to explain and present details to both technical and business audiences.
PREFERRED:
Experience with a scripting language such as JavaScript/Python/Ruby in a Linux environment.
Must be aware of Mongo DB.
Should have exposure on REACT JS.
Good amount of knowledge on Sprint Boot.
Self-starter and possess strong self-motivation.
Proven ability to drive cross-team technical discussions and decision making
Desire to interact with many different software development teams to develop, test, deploy and report on product performance, quality, security and stability.
