Designation: Senior Quality Analyst

Experience: 5 to 8 yrs

Location: Magarpatta, Pune (Work from home until further notice)

Educational Qualification:
B.E./ B.Tech/ B.Sc/ M.Sc/ BCA/ MCA / Any Graduate

Technical Competencies:
Expertise in Automation Testing Using QTP/UFT and clear with all testing fundamental concepts.
Proficient in writing test plans and test cases.
Preferred to have test automation experience that includes both browser based and application automation tools.
Good exposure in Load testing, performance testing and regression testing.
Good knowledge about backend API and Restful Services.
Design and maintain QTP based end to end framework.
Experience in writing SQL Queries using Oracle/MySQL
Good knowledge and understanding of Continuous delivery using Jenkins is preferred.
Sound understanding about SAP application.

Key Responsibilities:
Participate in designing, and/or support/maintenance of software solutions/products on SME level.
Should be an Individual Contributor
Mentor junior consultant
Conduct Trainings
Takes self Initiatives & motivates others to take initiatives
Shall be compliant to effort estimation & On-time delivery
Creating applications within a dynamic, progressive, technically diverse environment
Ensures our solutions address the business needs
Using the latest tools and techniques, thrives in a role that will involve hands-on coding, usually in a pair programming environment
Contribute to project and find innovative ways to meet objectives
Keep up to date with the business domain and work closely with business stakeholders

Day at work:
Day begins with a daily project stand-up to discuss the day’s plan and address impediments if any.
Look at JIRA board for Stories to be picked up / work upon, analyses user stories.
Manage, mentor and groom team members.
Conduct sessions on technical topic or challenges.
Always be open minded and enjoys in exploring areas of improvements.
