We’re looking to hone full stack developers with the ability to tackle complex problem areas in terms of people, industry and scenario. Candidates should be able to plan, manage and execute a course of work, be highly independent, confident in their abilities and flexible enough to adapt to a fluid project landscape.
You will be working closely with product owners and designers so strong knowledge of product and design will be helpful.
Key Accountabilities:
Solution consulting and development in accordance with modern cloud-native software engineering principles, methods, standards, and practices.
Estimation, solution design, detailed technical design, application technical deliverables including code, associated tests and documentation.
Contribution to software engineering discipline by bringing the latest in the market to the enterprise, continually updating standards, methods and tools.
Managing complex integration scenarios between on-premise legacy solutions, private and public cloud environments.
Skills & Requirements:
10+ Years relevant software development experience with a fairly “Full Stack” profile (experience in front-end, back-end, cloud automation and orchestration)
Proficient in Functional & Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns with expertise in various cloud-native technologies primarily React.js, React Native, Node.js
Thorough understanding of containers and functions. Deployment experience with Kubernetes (K8s) or Functions is highly desirable.
Experience using Cloud Native CI/CD tools (Azure Pipelines/Circle CI/Jenkins X).
Experience in test driven development & writing of unit and integration tests is a must
Knowledge of behavior-driven development is highly desirable including working together with design teams
Experience working in agile teams with demonstrated application of the principles.
Experience of working with lean startup/agile development methodologies
Experience working in agile teams (having worked with design and done design-lead development is a plus)
Proven experience in React Native, preferably react-native-web, Node JS, express JS.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Proven experience on how to install third party plugins like camera, async storage, filesystem, map, etc..
Have strong experience in integrating with REST API services using fetch, XMLHttpRequest and axios library
Have worked on JavaScript middleware technology like redux, redux-thunk or redux-saga
Good knowledge on JavaScript ES5/ES6
Good knowledge on React Native flex box and flex properties and have experience in building responsive UI
Required experience with SQL database applications such as Postgres or MySQL, etc. Should have experience in data manipulation
Familiar with react native build commands and environments. Who knows how to build and run the app on android and IOS
Understanding the user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
Good to have experience in Azure services and Functions
