Our Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) group is looking for a Senior Software Developer in Test to be part of one of our backend developments teams. In this role, you will help deliver mission-critical features in product areas like voice transcription, agent assist, speech analytics, and audio streaming. It will be a fast-paced agile environment that supports continuous delivery and innovation for our cloud-native products. You will support the high-quality development and operation of production microservices used by customers around the globe.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain automated tests (Java) and test infrastructure to support deployment of AWS-based cloud software
Help ensure quality delivery and operation of production services
Monitor and troubleshoot production issues to meet service level objectives
Contribute design and implementation improvements for test infrastructure
Develop test plans, investigate failures, participate in code reviews, and maintain quality metrics
Coordinate and contribute to multi-team testing efforts, stability testing, exploratory testing, and bug hunts to refine requirements and isolate bugs
Collaborate across multiple development teams around the world to enable successful system-level integration
Identify acceptance criteria and determine priorities for test automation to balance operational efficiency and test coverage
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related discipline
5+ years of experience in software development testing.
Experience with Java, Python or similar programming language
Experience developing sub-system and API tests for Cloud services
Ability to support continuous delivery pipelines using tools like Jenkins
Ability to analyze telemetry data using tools like New Relic and Sumo Logic
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
