Job Description
The Responsible Engineer in the team TechOps-Automation is expected to,
Have hands-on experience on software development lifecycles, and good knowledge on data structure and algorithms.
Should have skills in creating responsive HTML emails for marketing and transactional campaigns.
Should be technically good in programming – python language preferred.
Should be strong in MySQL or any database service.
Should have knowledge on testing process, unit testing and functional testing, automated testing.
Should understand the requirements thoroughly and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the deliverability on time with great quality.
Document all requirements and implementations that should act as a guide for business executives.
Should be open to adapt and learn any new tools and its implementations like – salesforce, service cloud, etc
Should be able to create, analyse and monitor the automated reports, email/sms deliverability and be proactive in capturing in any issues.
Should be a quick learner and a good team player.
Qualifications
Good Knowledge of programming Python / Java / C / C++ / Django
Should have knowledge on code repositories (git, bitbucket)
Should be very good in MySQL / SQL
Basic Linux OS knowledge
Should have worked in project management tools like JIRA and agile methodologies.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
