Job Description : The Ideal Fit:
BCA / MCA from a reputed institution
Additional professional IT certifications like AWS, Oracle etc. will be preferred
Additional certifications in six sigma, project management etc. would be preferred
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Opera PMS support and implementation
Good working knowledge on Oracle RDMS and NoSQL databases like MongoDB
Strong management, technical and problem solving skills with detail oriented attitude
Excellent written & verbal communication and relationship skills with ability to collaborate with internal and external customers to meet organizational goals
Well organized with good technical skills and strong operational orientation
Experience in time management, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Exposure to IT compliances and related audits including IT security management
Good knowledge of Hospitality software applications (Opera Suite, Simphony/ Micros POS, Ecobillz and other hotel management applications)
Working knowledge of various Operating Systems, and Office Automation systems
Good networking skills with vendors and internal customers
Possess excellent learning attitude for new technologies and applications
The key responsibilities for the role include:
Ensure 99% availability of Opera PMS and Ecobillz Application across hotels
Trouble shoot Opera PMS and Ecobillz application for reported issues by users and provide resolution
Coordinate and set-up of IT infrastructure for training and implementation of Opera PMS, Ecobillz Application
Study impact of master data requests and change for Opera PMS, Ecobillz
Tracking of all issues related to Opera PMS and ensure speedy resolution
