Sr. Technical Analyst
Responsibilities
You will perform a complex range of technical work activities either remotely or at customer site to meet business and customer requirements.You will be contributing to the design and implementation of solutions to meet customer and contract requirements.Coordinate small teams delivering basic work packages in line with company process to meet business and customer requirements.You will be responsible to analyse, document and report on work completed to ensure compliance with Company and Customer Procedures.Ensures that operational documentation is fit for purpose and current to meet customer and contract requirements.You will develop best practice procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent compliance to customer and company procedures.You will be expected to provide specialist guidance and advice to less experienced colleagues to ensure consistent approach.You will be expected to follow escalation matrix for internal operations, vendors and customerPerform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Experience & Requirements
5+ years’ experience in managing, maintaining and troubleshooting large enterprise environments.Good knowledge on ITIL frameworksExcellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Microsoft Windows Server Administration Windows 2k3/8/12/16Expert knowledge in GPO management.Designs, plans and implements group policies for an enterprise environmentPlans and performs Group Policy for optimization, security, etc.Troubleshoots Group Policy and Performs Group Policy backup and recovery.Manages administrative templates for Group Policies.Creates a strategy for configuring the user environment and the computer environment with Group Policy.The Administrator will support subset applications to support Active Directory as a whole, i. e., Advanced Group Policy Management (AGPM), Azure Active Directory Connect (AADConnect) and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and support.Should be proficient with server user management, file permissions, Active Directory, group polices, security, etc.Must have experience in performing RCA, reporting after resolutionsStrong PowerShell scripting skillsMust have excellent debugging and problem analysis skills.Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills.Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
