Job Description
Your Impact
Develop feature descriptions (written, visual, multimedia), and look-ahead announcements, and deliver content on schedule with product releases
Publish release notes to internal and external stakeholders with information on product updates, releases and fixes
Streamline Jira processes to track issues that impact customers- then, extend/adapt the processes to ensure consistency in crafting and delivering release notes documentation for all modules of our Cloud Native Security Platform
Identify operational efficiencies and use automation to reduce recurring and repetitive tasks
Maintain a release schedule dashboard for all modules and provide visibility to all stakeholders on the overall schedule and what is planned in a release

Qualifications
Your Experience
Strong writing skills and experience working cross-departmentally to communicate the nuts and bolts of a product
A hands-on approach to learning the technology and products being documented
5-7 years writing experience in the technology industry and/or supporting SaaS products
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
Team player with good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Ability to drive, follow, and evangelize cross-team processes, and interact with our customers and internal teams to improve release notes documentation
Experience with automating documentation publishing
Experience with using Jira, GitHub, Git for source control, and publishing on AEM is desirable. Authoring experience with AsciiDoctor and/or DITA is a plus
Education: BA/BS or equivalent experience required
