Your Opportunity

Team is looking for an Engineer who can help in automation testing. This is a hands-on role which would need coding expertise along with business and domain knowledge along with good communication skills. As a part of Enterprise Business Services within Walmart Global Tech India @ Bengaluru, who can be part of building solutions for various business functions across multiple markets, your quality solutions will have a significant impact on day-to-day running of Walmart. You will be challenged with unparalleled complex business problems that spans across multiple countries, large number of users and data.

Position Responsibilities:
Involve in Design, implementation and plan for automation testing, Manual testing, Volume / performance testing and documentation
Responsible for products end to end testing methodology and following best practices
Hands-on with test automation suite development for the product features and services
Lead Testing in large scale transformation programs powered by SAP S/4 HANA using testing tools such as Micro focus ALM, JIRA
Experience with Volume & Performance testing and hands on the associated tools such as Load runner
Responsible for assessing bugs priority & severity, effectively sharing with stakeholders
Coordinate with Product Management and Business Teams to understand their requirements, set priorities and deliver quality results.
Strategize, Design, review and contribute on test plans, scenarios, scripts, procedures and automation suites to various products and share test results.
Align closely with development team, assist and improve product quality time to time.
Participate in hiring and build teams enabling them to be high performing agile teams
Interact closely for requirements with Business owners and technical teams including vendor partners both within India and across the globe.
You will work with engineering & user experience teams for design and technical feasibility discussions.
Need to be passionate to learn new tools, methodologies, technologies and ability to quickly adapt to change.
Guide, Develop and manage standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness
Collaborate with stakeholders to plan test schedules, strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates
Reporting, follow-up, Bug tracking and risks and escalations management.
Strive for excellence constantly to deliver quality product and test faster thought process.
Participate to develop associates on best practices surrounding quality
Develop and maintain reusable automation test framework for complex multi-tier application
Review, maintain and improve current automated software test methodologies and processes

Position Requirements:
B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. in Computer Science
8+ years of experience in manual and automation testing frameworks of highly -scalable applications and platform development
Hands-on experience implementing test automation using languages like Java, Python on tools like Selenium & TestNG
Hands on experience in ALM, web automation using Worsoft Certify, Load Runner, Selenium and other associated testing tools
Experience in in managing Manual, automation, Volume & performance test activities on large scale SAP HANA transformation programs
Good at computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns
Knowledge on content management tools like AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) will be added advantage.
Experience working on any of these technologies like Java, J2EE, HTML5, CSS3, Java Script & JQuery
Experience in testing RESTful Webservices using REST Assured
Knowledge on cloud based solutions and platforms, preferred Microsoft Azure
Knowledge on UI & SQL databases will be added advantage
Practitioner of Agile (Scrum) Methodologies
Retail and/or Supply Chain domain Knowledge preferred.
