Job Description : A well-established property group based in Stamford Hill, London is looking to hire a Service Charge and Management Accountant (to be based on-site).

Tasks

The candidate must have excellent Excel skills including pivot tables and V-lookups. They also must have good experience of property service charge accounting and legislation, and good experience and knowledge of property VAT. (Please only apply if you have this experience)

Good communication skills are essential.
Experience of quarterly reporting, budgeting and forecasting is preferable.

Requirements

Should be at least halfway through ACA, ACCA or CIMA exams or be AAT qualified.
