Masalabox, a food content platform is looking for a social media manager to manage our brand and content across social media.The ideal candidate should be able to create & execute social media strategies based on brand goals and objectives.They should have experience managing a team.
ResponsibilitiesManage content and social media pages across FB, YT, Instagram , Sharechat, Moj, Josh and MxtakatakManage the social media team and coordinate with the content team and other relevant business verticals to publish content when required.Participate in ideation for original IP’s and create sustenance campaigns/ancillary content around them.Own interaction and engagement rate and follower growth across platforms.Engage with community and relevant celebrities/influencers.
RequirementsMinimum 2-4 years of proven experience as a social media managerStrong in Ideation research, writing and communication skills, and strong eye for detailing.Experience in measuring & monitoring social media, and deriving actionable business insights out of social dataIn-depth social media analytics experience with exposure to social media analytics tools experienceGenuine zest for numbers and strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and the ability to think critically
